- Security deposit to be equal to one month rent.

- Income verification - to be at least three times more than rent.

- Application fee $85 (per applicant). Full screening (credit score, criminal record, evictions record)

- Submit copy of ID, SSN card, proof of income.

- New tenant online portal setup fee - $85 (one time charge at the beginning of tenancy)
